Report settings determine which columns will be laid out in the reports generated in the system. By dragging the headers from ”Active” to ”Inactive”. Columns can be moved in order by dragging and dropping them.

Send reports through e-mail

This is standard for reporting to the company. If you have done an integration with Splitgrid and want to receive the reports in another way for example by logging in and read the reports, this choice can be activated.

Send zero reports

Contracts with no sale will be sent as a default. If you do not want the report, the checkbox can be unchecked.

Send difference report

When the turnover report differs from the Payout Report, the Difference Report can be used as a method to easily distinguish the differences. There are also visual markings in the payout reports which transactions separate the reports.

Send summary

Instead of receiving a report email per agreement, you can receive a summary email with links to click on. With the growing number of agreements in the portal, this load on the inbox is noticeably reduced.

When a report is made you can also transfer it into an excel file.
